You should have:

 

  • Qualification: Minimum UG: Bachelors in Commerce, PG: Any except B.Tech., MCA

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound and/or Outbound calls

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, making points concisely

  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet/exceed expectations executing high quality results in fast paced environments

  • Ability to listen attentively and suggest apt solution to a problem

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Language of conversation is English (primarily) and Hindi (occasionally)

  • Familiarity with startup ecosystem in India will be an advantage.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Attend calls and mails from clients and solve their queries

  • Explain them about the services and packages we provide

  • Guide them for filing the applications based on Government regulations

  • Verify the documents sent by the clients

  • Support the Operations team

Ruby on Rails Developer / Engineer

  • 3+ Years coding experience using RoR, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery
  • Heroku, Caching, NewRelic, Memcache, Redis, highly scalable architecture
  • Experience with Web 2.0 site development or UX design concept is a plus
  • Enterprise industry experience in web-based user interfaces, applications, and Web Service integration APIsasdf
  • Good interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to present findings concisely and effectively
  • You want to take ownership of quality and usability of your code. Ready to revisit your own code and can improve it every time you visit it.
  • You have an experience of writing test driven code using best practices.
  • You are not afraid of code reviews and continuous deployment.
